It also allows you to report of obstruction of bicycle lanes.
The City has its own Public Bicycle Transportation System, free of charge, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. BA Ecobici by Tembici has 4000 bicycles and 400 stations distributed throughout the City, reaching 80% of the neighbors.

It’s simple:
Log in by entering your username and password;
locate the nearest station;
Enter the number of the station you are in; select «unlock the bike» by entering the code on the keypad next to the bike
Select «unlock bike» by entering the code on the keypad on the side of the bike
wait for the green light with beep
Ready, start pedaling! To return the bike, just lock it in a free position at your destination station.
